I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at The Galleon Resort, with its prime location near the marina and easy access to Duval Street. The views from my room were absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed the amenities, especially the Tiki bar. However, I found the mattresses in the master bedroom a bit uncomfortable, and the pull-out sofa wasn't great either, so there's room for improvement there.
